AGE UP stands for All Girl Everything Ultimate Program. We are a BIPOC-led, South Seattle based organization leveraging the power of sports for a more just society. We are a network of players, coaches and alumni in the Soufend creating spaces for young people to build power, strengthen connections, find belonging, and experience joy.

2025 Southend Sports Banquet
Earlier this month, we held our annual Southend Sports Banquet at Filipino Community Center! The night was hosted by our program youth, Keelin and Miles!

GX Summer Lifting Program
In partnership with Rainier Health and Fitness, we ran an 8 week gx+non binary lifting program so we could get comfortable with gym equipment, learn more about functional movement, and do injury prevention work! DEADLIFTS! BENCH PRESS! BACK SQUAT!
